NJCommercialAutoInsurance.com is the commercial auto program of Evolutionary Agency Concepts, LLC, a licensed New Jersey insurance agency and part of the Friedlander Family of Agencies. Coverage is placed through the licensed entity appointed with the selected carrier. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Evolutionary Agency Concepts, LLC. It explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect business and personal details — your name, business name, garaging address, phone, email, vehicle and driver information, radius and use of operation, coverage needs, and loss history.
  • Documents you upload. Our quote intake accepts declarations pages, current policies, loss runs, driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and rosters. Those documents may contain personal information about you and your drivers. We treat them as confidential and use them only to quote and place your coverage.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard analytics data — pages viewed, device and browser, referring source — and conversion events from our intake platform.
  • Cookies. A light footprint: analytics and conversion tracking only. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

  • To prepare commercial auto quotes and place coverage with carriers on your behalf.
  • To service your policy — endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and claims facilitation.
  • To respond to your inquiries and improve the site.

Who we share it with

Your intake data and uploaded documents go only to our producers and the carriers we submit to for the purpose of quoting and placing your coverage. We do not sell lead data. We do not share with aggregators. We use trusted service providers — analytics and our intake platform — under standard confidentiality terms, and we may disclose information where required by law.

The family of agencies

Evolutionary Agency Concepts, LLC is one of several agencies in the Friedlander Family of Agencies, alongside Friedlander Associates, Inc. and Lasting Legacy, LLC. Because carrier appointments differ by entity, your submission may be placed through whichever of these licensed agencies is appointed with the carrier that fits your risk. Your information stays inside the family of agencies and the carriers we submit to for that purpose.

How we contact you

When you submit a quote request, you may check a box authorizing us to contact you about that request by phone or email. We do not send SMS or text messages. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of obtaining a quote — if you would rather not check the box, call us instead and we will take your details over the phone.

Your choices

  • Email opt-out. Any marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, honored promptly. Servicing emails about a policy you hold are not marketing.
  • Cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site remains functional.
  • Access, correction & deletion. Contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you. Some records tied to a bound policy must be retained under insurance recordkeeping rules.

Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including the documents you upload. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take protection seriously. If you would rather not upload a document through the website, you can bring it to our Flemington office or send it another way — just call.

Children's privacy

This is a commercial insurance site intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we revise the date at the top of this page and post the updated version here.
