These terms govern your use of njcommercialautoinsurance.com (the “site”), operated by Evolutionary Agency Concepts, LLC, a licensed New Jersey insurance agency and part of the Friedlander Family of Agencies. Coverage is placed through the licensed entity appointed with the selected carrier. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Informational and intake purpose
The site is an informational and quote-intake tool. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to bind coverage or a guarantee of insurability.
Quotes are estimates, not policies
- Quotes presented or discussed are estimates based on the information you supply. Coverage is bound only when a carrier accepts your application and issues a policy.
- Coverage descriptions on this site are general summaries. Your actual policy form, endorsements, exclusions, limits, and conditions control in all cases.
- Premium figures, ranges, and savings examples shown anywhere on the site are illustrative and are not a quote for your specific operation.
Accuracy of information you provide
Commercial auto quoting and binding depend on accurate information — garaging address, radius of operation, vehicle use, driver history. Misrepresentation or omission on an application can affect pricing, coverage, and a carrier's obligation to pay a claim. Provide complete and accurate information on the intake.
Documents you upload
Our intake lets you upload declarations pages and other policy documents. By uploading, you confirm you are authorized to share those documents, including any information in them about your drivers or employees. We use them only to quote and place your coverage, as described in our privacy policy. Uploading a document does not by itself start, change, or bind coverage — nothing is in force until a carrier issues a policy.
Geographic scope
We write commercial auto insurance for businesses in New Jersey, and the site is directed at New Jersey operations. Coverage descriptions, premium ranges, and regulatory references throughout the site — including NJ PIP requirements, NJ minimum limits, and NJCAIP references — reflect New Jersey law and the New Jersey market. They should not be relied on for vehicles garaged or operated in any other state.
Not long-haul trucking
This program covers commercial auto for New Jersey businesses — work trucks, service vans, local delivery, and fleets. It is not a long-haul or interstate trucking program, and nothing on this site should be read as a representation that we place FMCSA-regulated long-haul risks.
General information, not advice
Everything published on this site — coverage explainers, industry and county pages, blog articles, and cost guides — is general information about insurance concepts. It is not advice about any specific policy, contract, claim, or situation, and reading it does not create a producer-client relationship.
An article explaining how hired and non-owned auto liability works is not the same thing as a licensed producer reading your actual policy. Coverage questions about your own program get answered by a licensed producer looking at your actual declarations page — not by a page on this site.
Carrier relationships
We are an independent agency. We represent the carriers named on this site and are not a captive of any one of them, and we do not represent that we have access to every carrier in the New Jersey market. Carrier appointments change; the panel described here reflects our appointments as of the effective date above.
Third-party links
The site may link to destinations we do not control, including carrier portals and state resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are the property of Evolutionary Agency Concepts, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability

These terms and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply. Material changes are not applied retroactively to a submission you already made.
